Billing questions
What counts as a listing?
A property you generate copy for. Regenerating, rewriting and editing the MLS description, social post and teaser for that property in the same month all count as one listing. Counts reset at the start of each calendar month.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial includes 3 full listings with every output. Add a card only when you pick a plan.
How do refunds work?
Ask within the first 14 days of your subscription and we refund the unused part of the month, prorated. After that you can still cancel anytime, and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing page in the app.
